Spanish red pepper dip (traditional method & Thermomix)
Description
This colourful, fragrant dip is a family recipe! One of my aunts, who grew up in Spain, made it at a family gathering when I was a teenager. I loved it - and I've been making it regularly ever since. It's fresh, original and perfect for summer evenings. Serve it with raw vegetables or slices of fresh baguette.
