Entertaining, laying a lovely table, serving something that really makes an impression…
A complete menu, including the recipes, the shopping list and my plan of action.
Almost everything is prepared in advance.
Your guests are seated.
You too.
Menu No. 5 – This year, I want to have a festive menu ready before the Christmas holidays.
Description
In December, there are those moments when the house naturally fills up:
family arriving, friends passing by, long walks that leave you with red cheeks... or even ski trips, when you're just dreaming of having dinner ready when you get home.
I imagined this menu for those days: warm, generous, elegant... and above all designed to be prepared well in advance, frozen if necessary, then served without stress when the time came.
A menu that lets you enjoy your loved ones to the full, without spending the whole evening in the kitchen.
