Description

There's nothing easier or healthier than a good homemade smoothie! It's great for young and old alike, and means you can have a nice portion of fruit without even realising it. I make a smoothie almost every day for my family - sometimes my boys even do it. Ideal in the morning for breakfast or as a snack, this smoothie can also be transformed into homemade ice cream: simply pour into ice cream moulds and place in the freezer for refreshing sticks, without cream, milk or eggs. Perfect for vegetarians and vegans!
