Cooking in autumn: my collection of recipes for the whole season
Description
This summer, I created a Seasonal Menu For our holidays: a bit like a restaurant menu, with all those recipes I love to cook when the house is full.
And in the end, I’d used that card so much that I found myself thinking: Why not do the same thing as the seasons change?
So here is the version Autumn.
The principle is exactly the same: instead of trying to work out every day what I could cook, I have a little collection right here in front of me with all the recipes I love to make at this time of year.
This is definitely not a meal plan. I’m obviously not going to cook all these recipes this autumn! The menu is simply there for those days when you’re looking for inspiration.
We have a look and choose whatever takes our fancy at the time, depending on how much time we have or what we’ve got to hand.
You’ll find a bit of everything there: poultry, meat, fish, vegetarian dishes, small plates, salads and side dishes, as well as desserts and cakes.
Simple recipes for a weeknight, dishes that simmer gently, gratins, soups and everything I love to enjoy when the days start to get a bit shorter.
And as I find this card really handy, I’ve also prepared it for you in A4 PDF to download and print for free.
What about the recipes?
All the recipes on this menu are already available at Aux délices de Caroline.
To make things easier for you, I’ve grouped them together in the category Autumn cuisine. So simply click below to view the recipes on the menu directly:
And if you’re looking for a specific dish, you can of course use the small magnifying glass at the top of the website and type in your name or a few keywords.
There you go. The card has replaced the holiday photo in its frame in my kitchen… and when that familiar question comes up again:
«What's for dinner tonight?»
…from now on, I’ll start by looking at the map.
