Caro's white BBQ sauce (traditional method & Thermomix)
Description
A BBQ sauce that everyone loves This sauce was inspired by my mother's recipe – a family classic that's full of flavour. I adapted it slightly to suit my own taste, and since then, it's been a staple at all our barbecues... and much more besides! It's so popular that I always have to make a large bowlful. It goes wonderfully with grilled meats, fish, prawns, steamed or braised vegetables. Personally, I love it with steamed potatoes and a few fresh tomatoes: a simple, tasty and unpretentious treat.
