MENU No. 15
How about we do something a bit out of the ordinary tonight?
Entertaining, laying a lovely table, serving something that really makes an impression…
A complete menu, including the recipes, the shopping list and my plan of action.
Almost everything is prepared in advance.
Your guests are seated.
You too.
Menu No. 2 – What an idea… I’ve invited some friends round on Thursday evening for a proper dinner.
Description
I imagined this menu for those autumn evenings when you want to entertain with simplicity, but still bring a touch of refinement to the table.
A light, crisp starter, a generous and comforting main course, followed by an intense chocolate dessert enhanced by the freshness of orange: this menu is designed for a warm dinner with friends or family, when you want to please without complication.
It's ideal during the week, when you don't have much time before your guests arrive, but you still want to offer a home-cooked, well-organised meal.
As always, the idea is to prepare as much as possible in advance so that you can enjoy the evening to the full, without running around at the last minute.

Instructions
- This menu is very easy to prepare in advance: the panna cotta, roasted vegetables, puff pastry filling and most of the gratin can be made the day before.
- On the day itself, all that's left to do is assemble and put the gratin in the oven, cook the puff pastry cold for a perfectly crisp result, then reheat the accompaniments at the right moment.
- In the Premium Area, you'll find full recipes, classic and Thermomix® versions, a detailed shopping list and a step-by-step battleplan.
- The menu also comes with a printable guest book, so you can keep a record of your meal, the people who attended, the menu served, the wines, the table and all the little details of the evening.
-
Everything you see here is easy to prepare...
But so that everything runs smoothly on the big day,
we need a clear organisation. The complete menu, with exact quantities
and the step-by-step plan
can be found in the’Premium Area. You don't have to think about it - it's all taken care of.
