Menu No. 1 – They’re arriving at 7 pm. So am I.
Description
I imagined this menu for those evenings when you want to entertain simply, without turning the evening into a big, complicated affair.
A gentle, comforting starter, a full, family-style main course, followed by a fruity, creamy dessert with a touch of crunch: this menu is designed for a cosy dinner with close friends or family.
It's ideal during the week, when you don't have much time before guests arrive, but still want to serve a generous, well-organised home-cooked meal.
As always, the idea is to prepare as much as possible in advance so that you can enjoy the evening without running around at the last minute.

Instructions
- This menu is very easy to prepare in advance: the soup, roasted vegetables, mousse and most of the gratin can be made the day before.
- On the day itself, all that remains is to heat up the starter, put the gratin in the oven and finish the dessert.
- In the Premium Area, you'll find full recipes, classic and Thermomix® versions, a detailed shopping list and a step-by-step battleplan.
- The menu also comes with a printable guest book, so you can keep a record of your meal, the people who attended, the menu served, the wines, the table and all the little details of the evening.

Everything you see here is easy to prepare...
