Description
Sometimes I fancy a dinner that’s a bit different. Nothing too fiddly, nothing with ingredients you can’t get hold of – just that little something that really makes it feel like you’re entertaining.
Best of all, almost everything can be prepared in advance. By the time the guests arrive, the bulk of the work is already done.
Doing something a bit out of the ordinary doesn’t necessarily take any more effort. Just a bit of ingenuity.
