Simple red sauce
Description
Sometimes, that's all it takes to make a meal special! When I make chicken or vegetable kebabs, chicken balls or even just chips, I like to vary the sauces. This version isn't a cocktail sauce, but a simplified adaptation of my mother's fabulous red sauce. It's so quick and easy to make that you could almost prepare it with your eyes closed – and my sons love it so much that I sometimes have to hide the spoon!
