  1. TRADITIONAL METHOD
    Preparation - Traditional method
    1. Leave the frozen fruit to thaw at room temperature (1 to 2 hours) or overnight in the refrigerator.
    2. Blend the fruit in a blender or hand blender until smooth.
    3. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, fromage blanc, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice with a whisk or electric mixer.
    4. Add the fruit purée and mix gently until smooth.
    5. Divide between small jars and leave to set in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.

    THERMOMIX® METHOD
    Preparation - Thermomix method
    1. Place the frozen fruit in the Thermomix bowl and blend for 10 seconds on speed 10.
    2. Add the mascarpone, fromage blanc, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Blend for 15 seconds on speed 4.
    3. Scrape down the sides and blend for a further 10 sec / speed 4 until smooth.
    4. Pour into small jars and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving...
