Description
A spring menu designed to welcome eight guests around a pretty table, in a simple, warm and elegant atmosphere.
White asparagus as a starter, a refined main course that can be prepared well in advance, pretty side dishes full of flavour... and to finish, a light strawberry dessert, perfect for the season.
As always in the AddC spirit, this menu has been tested in a real family kitchen, with realistic organisation, even with just one oven, so that you can entertain without spending the evening behind the stove.
