Quails eggs Croustades

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Put out 12 croustades cases and into a baking tray. Break a quail’s egg into each case.

Bake for about four to six minutes, until the whites have set.

Add a dollop of sauce Hollandaise and decorate with some chopped chives.
Serve hot.

Enjoy your meal!
