Tomato-Brioche Sandwiches (traditional & Thermomix)

Speciality from a shop in the bay of Arcachon in the south-west of France.

Make a mayonnaise blitzing Savora mustard and egg together and then let the oil pour in a thin, single stream into the blender, making a mayonnaise. Season to taste.

Fill the Brioche sandwiches with Savora Mayonnaise and thin sliced fresh tomatoes.

Slize into small triangles and serve.
