Préparation:
Wash all the vegetable and cut into pieces. Prick the onion whith the whole cloves and put everything into a big pan. Pour 1.5 l of water over the vegetables and add the bouquet garni. Add the salt, cover and let cook over medium heat for 45 minutes.
After it has cooked strain the soup through a sieve and serve the vegetables separately if you want to.
Roll up one pancake per person and cut it into slices. Fill the soup into a plate and add the pancake slices into it! Delicious!
