Ingredients:
Preparation:
**Soak the gelatin in cold water** (about 5 min).
**Cut the passion fruits in half, scoop out the pulp, and strain through a fine sieve**.
**Whip the cream with sugar until stiff peaks form**.
**Heat the passion fruit pulp with lemon juice**.
**Squeeze out excess water from the gelatin and dissolve it in the warm pulp**, then let it cool slightly.
**Gently fold the cooled passion fruit mixture into the whipped cream**.
**Spoon into serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours**.
**Garnish with passion fruit pulp and a mint leaf.**
