Zubereitung:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Add as much water as necessary to make the preparation creamier and lighter. You decide how creamy the hummus should be.
Serve in a deep or shallow bowl with a few decorative traces of spoon in the dip and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, dried oregano and dried basil and drizzle with olive oil.
