Zubereitung:
Cut the onion and potato into small pieces and fry them in the olive oil for a couple of minutes.
Chop the garlic and add it to the pot, continuing the frying for another minute.
Add the vegetable stock and cook until boiling. In the meantime chop the Wild Garlic into pieces and add to the boiling Soup.
Let cook for another couple of minutes. Take the pot from the stove, add the Creme Fraiche and puree.
Serve with little drips of single cream and if you have the flowers from the wild garlic you can decorate the plates with them, they are edible.
