Savory courgette bites (traditional & Thermomix)

Lunchbox idea for when you're on the go and without a sandwich this time.

Preheat the oven to 180 C and grease and line a rectangular baking dish (approx. 30 x 20 cm).

In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the flour.

Slowly stir in the flour until everything is well incorporated. Then pour the mixture into the prepared tin.

Bake for around 30 to 35 minutes until the batter is lightly golden and firm. Leave to cool slightly and serve.
