Roasted garlic mashed potatoes (traditional & Thermomix)

Zubereitung:
Preheat the oven to 200°. Roughly remove the skin from the outside of the garlic bulb so that it does not fall apart.
Cut about 1 cm off the top until the cloves are visible. Place the round tuber on aluminium foil and drizzle generously with olive oil so that the oil flows into the inside of the tuber.
Wrap the bulb in the aluminium foil and roast in the oven for at least 45 minutes, preferably 1 hour. It is better to leave them in the oven a little longer than too short.
Leave to cool and then squeeze each clove into a bowl.
Cook the potatoes until they are tender. Drain and return into the pan over low heat.
Mash the potatoes and add the butter, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper and garlic.
Serve hot.
