Quick lemonade (traditionnel & Thermomix)

The fastest lemonade I know. I make it often in summer for family and friends on hot days.

Halve the lemons and put them with their peel (!), water, sugar and mint leaves into a powerful stand mixer. Pulse 3 times for a few seconds until it is chopped into coarse pieces but not too fine.

Drain through a sieve, collecting the liquid. 

I fill the glasses halfway with the lemonade (but can also be drunk this way), fill the rest of the glass with mineral water and serve with ice cubes.\`
