Provencal tomatoes (traditional & Themomix)

Zubereitung:

Rinse and sponge the tomatoes and cut them in half. Place them in a dish with the cut part facing upwards.

In a bowl, mix the thyme, rosemary, parsley, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Divide the paste over the tomato halves. Cover the dish with its lid or aluminium paper.

Put in the oven for 12 min, at maximum power. Remove the lid or aluminum foil and grill for 6 minutes more, turning the dish with a 1/2 turn, after 3 minutes of cooking.

Let stand 3 min before serving.
