Zubereitung:
Fry the onion until translucent. Add the garlic and fry quickly before adding the tomato passata. Add salt and pepper and cook for a couple of minutes. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Add the 3 cheeses and heat gently over a medium heat so that the cheese melts, stirring constantly to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Serve with potatoes, and if you like different hams and gherkins, onions, salad etc. Ideally serve with a ladle as the cheese does not stick to the potatoes so well.
