Obatzda - Bavarian Oktoberfest / Beergarden dip (traditional & Thermomix)

Ideal snack to have if you enjoy a drink but don't want to get plastered 😂

Chop the onions as finely as possible.

Add Camembert, Brie, butter, crème fraiche, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and beer and blend everything together until it is a smooth mass.

Serve with pretzels and/or dark bread.
