Pan Version
Peel the carrots and cut them into 5 mm slices. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed and stirring occasionally until the carrots are cooked. Serve as an accompaniment with the sesame seeds as topping.
Thermomix Version
Put the carrots, butter, honey and salt in the mixing bowl and cook for 18 minutes / 100 C / reverse / 🥄 (lowest speed on TM). Serve hot as a side dish with the sesame seeds as topping.
