Butter Cookies (traditional & Thermomix)

A very simple recipe today, a favourite with my boys!

Zubereitung:

Mix all the ingredients together, leave it to rest for 30 minutes on the fridge.

Roll the dough out on a floured surface and cut out cookies with your chosen cookie cutters.

Place on a baking tray, brush with an egg and bake at 170 °C until golden.

Decorate with whatever you would like (glaçage royal, chocolate, sugar icing, or just leave it as is) !
