Austrian sausage soup (Traditional & Thermomix)

A wonderful soup of delicious vegetables with slices of sausages!

Zutaten:

Zubereitung:

Brown the onions in a large saucepan in a little vegetable oil.

Add the carrots, potatoes and celery and cover the vegetables with water, seasoning and bay leaf. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Remove the bay leaves!

Now its up to you to decide whether you prefer the soup blended or in chunks!

Add the sausages to the soup and serve!
