Préparation:
Beat the butter until creamy. Add the eggs and continue mixing. Then mix with semolina, salt and grated nutmeg. Put in the fridge to let the dough rest.
Heat up the broth.
Remove the dough from the fridge and form the dumplings either with 2 tablespoons or 2 teaspoons, as you prefer.
Cook the dumplings for about 15 minutes in the broth over medium heat, then serve in the soup plates garnished with chives.
