A very different soup from the ones I usually make!

Préparation:
Peel the potatoes, wash and clean the vegetables and cut everything into equal-sized cubes or rings. Peel and chop the onion.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add everything and fry briefly over a high heat.
Deglaze with white wine and vegetable stock, add soup seasoning and let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
Puree everything and season with salt, pepper and curry, adding a little water if necessary.
Fold the cream into the soup and serve either as a vegetarian soup or with pieces of shrimp or fish.
