Sauté the onion and garlic in butter until translucent.
Add the cauliflower and potatoes, pour in the broth.
Simmer for 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Add the milk and cream, then blend with an immersion blender.
Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Serve with chili flakes.
