Préparation:
Tear the bread slices into small pieces and place in a bowl with the milk to soften it. Fry the onion, garlic and red pepper in a pan until soft.
Take the bread out of the bowl and press out the excess milk. Mix the minced meat, bread, onions, garlic, red pepper, thyme and parsley with one egg.
In a deep plate place the flour, and in the other the Paprika.
Form walnut siced meatballs (I use an ice cream scoop so that they all have the same size more or less) and roll them first in the flour, then in the paprika.
Fry in a little bit of oil over medium heat until cooked through.
Serve either warm with eg mashed potatoes or cold in Pita bread or as fingerfood with the simple red sauce.
