Baked Cod with Lemon and Garlic Sauce
A super tasty fish dish in 15 minutes.

Préparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the lemon juice, olive oil and melted butter. Set to one side.
In another shallow bowl, mix together the flour, spices, salt and pepper. Set to one side.
Dip the fish first in the lemon sauce and then in the flour mixture. Save the leftover lemon mixture for later.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in an ovenproof frying pan over a medium heat. Add the fish and fry briefly on both sides to give it some color without cooking through.
Add the chopped garlic to the remaining lemon mixture and sprinkle over the fish.
Bake in the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork. This should take more or less 10 minutes. Please test.
Serve immediately sprinkled with chopped parsley.
