Préparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 C fan. Grease the bundt cake tin.
Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla and salt until light and fluffy. Gradually stir in the eggs and continue to beat.
Carefully stir in the flour, baking powder, cream and rum with a spatula. Then mix in the sprinkles.

of the batter into the bundt cake tin, top with the cherries and spread the rest of the batter on top.
Bake for about 60 minutes (please do a test to check doneness)
If you would like to add a chocolate glaze, slowly melt the chocolate with the coconut butter and glaze the cake with it.
