Ingredients:
Preparation:
- For the tomato sauce, melt the butter and add the tomatoes. Simmer for 6 minutes. Add the chopped dried tomatoes and the chopped basil, simmer for another 2 minutes, season and puree with a hand blender.
- Pour half of the sauce into a baking dish, place the chicken fillets on top, season with salt and cover with the rest of the sauce.
- Place the mozzarella slices on top and sprinkle the dish with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C on top/bottom heat for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
