Tuscan Panzanella - a warm bread and tomato salad

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 C top/bottom heat.

Spread the bread, onions, tomatoes on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and herbs. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.

Then mix with 2 tsp lemon zest, 4 tbsp lemon juice and basil and serve lukewarm.
