Tomato Tartar and Goats Cheese in Shotglasses

Ingredients:
Preparation:
Put the goats cheese in a small pan with enough single cream to melt it down, liquefying it in the process. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the tomatoes and the shallot into very small pieces and season with salt, pepper and shredded basil leaves.
Fill part of your shotglasses with the goats cheese mix and top with the tomato tartar.
Keep in the fridge until serving. Enjoy!
Tip 1 in winter use cherry or baby plum tomatoes, they have more taste.
Tip 2 Never never keep your tomatoes in the fridge that kills their taste!
