Ingredients:
Preparation:
Dice the onions, finely chop the garlic and fry both in the butter until translucent.
Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, sugar, oregano, water and vegetable stock and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
In the meantime, cut white bread into cubes and fry in a pan with plenty of butter until crisp and golden.
Add the cream and basil to the soup and blend everything well, season to taste and serve hot with the croutons.
Enjoy your meal!
