Ingredients:
Preparation:
Quarter the baguette and then cut it lengthwise into halves.
Prepare a baking tray and spread the pieces out on it, with some space between each piece.
In a bowl, mix the grated cheese, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Spread this mixture on the baguette pieces and bake in a preheated oven at 160 C for about 12 minutes, depending on the oven.
I like to finish the baking with 5 minutes under a grill at 210 degrees to get a nice color.
