Ingredients:
Preparation:
Soak the bulghur in a bowl filled with water for 30 minutes (the water must cover the bulghur). Drain it.
In a large bowl, mix the parsley, mint, tomatoes and onions and add the drained bulgur.
Add the lemon juice and olive oil on top, seasoning everything, this should wet all the ingredients, but should not make the salad greasy.
