Smoked Salmon Pâté (traditional method and Thermomix)

Ingredients:

Preparation:

- Wash, pat dry, and finely chop the dill. Slice the spring onions into thin rounds.

- In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir well.

- Roughly chop the smoked salmon and add it to the mascarpone mixture along with the spring onions and dill.

- Blend the mixture with a hand blender or food processor until it reaches a slightly coarse texture. If the mixture seems too thick, add a splash of lemon juice or water.

- Season with salt and pepper, keeping in mind that smoked salmon is already salty, so season lightly.

- Spoon the pâté into a serving bowl, garnish with a sprig of dill or a bit of lemon zest, and serve with breadsticks or fresh bread.
