Ingredients:
Preparation:
Prepare a crumble in a chopper with the stale bread, garlic clove, parsley and olive oil. Keep the crumble.
Bring the milk and cream to the boil and season with salt and pepper. Add 1 halved clove of garlic.
Poach the cod in the liquid for about 10 minutes. Strain the fish and put the liquid back into the pot.
Cook the potatoes in it until they are soft. During this time pull the fish apart.
Drain the potatoes, mash by hand and gently fold in the fish and parsley. Add a little of the cooking liquid to give a creamy consistency.
Put the mixture into a baking dish and cover with the crumble before placing the dish under the grill for 5-8 minutes.
