Ingredients:
Preparation:
Blend the fruit, peeled lemon, sugar and water in a blender or food processor fitted with a blade. Puree until smooth, about 1 minute.
Freeze the purée in a shallow metal container for 30 minutes (the thicker the purée, the longer it takes to freeze). Freeze for 30 minutes.
Remove the container from the freezer. The purée should have started to freeze, especially around the edges and the top. Scrape the mixture with a fork and return it to the freezer.
Repeat this operation every 30 minutes for a total of 4 hours. The granita is ready when the mixture is completely frozen and has a dry, grainy texture.
