A dressing made from shallots and a variety of herbs!

Ingredients:
Preparation:
Peel the garlic clove and shallot and cut into very small cubes.
Mix the water with the vinegar, lemon juice, honey and mustard. Add the olive oil drop by drop, then more quickly, stirring vigorously with a whisk.
Stir in the shallots and diced garlic.
Stir the frozen herbs into the vinaigrette.
Season the herb vinaigrette with salt and pepper, pour into a sealable bottle or jam jar and store in the fridge for a week.
