Roast Chicken Sandwich (traditional & Thermomix)

Ingredients:
Preparation:
Chop the chicken into small pieces with the help of 2 forks.
Put it in a bowl and add mayonnaise, yoghurt, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix it all together.
Spread 2 slices of brown toast with the chicken salad, top with the thinly sliced, seeded tomato slices, scatter the rocket on top and cover each with the second slice.
Cut off the crust and cut into 4 rectangles if used for an afternoon tea.
