Raspberry-mascarpone multilayer dessert (traditional & Thermomix)

Ingredients:
Preparation:
Put the biscuits in a freezer bag, for example, and beat them into small pieces with a rolling pin. They can be different sizes.
Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the yogurt, mascarpone and sugar. Fold in the cream.
In a deep bowl (ideally made of glass), cover the base with three to four tablespoons of the cream.
Spread half of the crumbled biscuits on top. Cover with half of the remaining cream.
Spread the frozen raspberries on top (keep some for decoration) and cover with the remaining cream so that they are no longer visible.
Spread the leftover crumbled biscuits on top and decorate with the last raspberries.
The cream should be refrigerated for at least 4 hours.
