Pizza-Snails

Ingredients:
Preparation:
Cut the olives into thin slices. Grate the cheese.
Spread the Sugo onto the pizza dough leaving a 1 cm border.
Top with olives and cheese and whatever else you want, but I tend to leave it as is as not everyone likes all the garnishes.
Roll the pizza lengthwise. Cut into slices of about 3 cm.
Place these 'snails' onto a baking sheet.
Bake at about 150°C in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Perfect with salad.
