Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180C. Peel and cut onion and garlic and dice finely.
Heat the oil in an ovenproof frying pan and cook the garlic and onion. Press the sausage meat out of its skin into the frying pan, and cut into pieces. Fry another 5-6 minutes and season with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
Add the tomatoes and the lasagne sheets that have been cut into pieces of 2 – 3 cm. Top with the baby spinach and the mozzarella balls.
Bake the lasagne in a hot oven for 12 – 15 minutes.
Decorate with basil leaves and serve.
