Ingredients:
Preparation:
Halve the chillies lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.
Do the same with the garlic cloves.
Cut the spring onions into fine rings.
Squeeze the juice from the lime.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into small cubes.
Then halve the avocados, remove the pit and scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
Then finely mash the avocado flesh and lemon juice with a fork or in a blender, depending on the desired consistency.
Season the avocado puree with salt and pepper. Stir the chillies, garlic pieces, onion and diced tomatoes into the puree and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
