Ingredients:
Preparation:
Place the white beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions, parsley and mint in a bowl.
Add the lemon zest, salt, pepper, sumac and chilli flakes, along with the lemon juice and olive oil.
Mix well and leave to rest for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold.
