Mediterranean-style oven baked white fish filet

Ingredients:
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 220°C.
Pat the fish dry and season on both sides with salt and pepper. Grease an oven dish with a little olive oil and place the fish in it. Squeeze 1/2 a lemon over the fish.
Mix the tomatoes, olives, onions, garlic and spices in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add about 3 tablespoons of olive oil and toss to combine.
Pour the tomato and olive mixture over the fish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
Remove from the oven and serve with rice or couscous, for example, and salad if desired.
