Mediterranean chicken skewers (traditional & Thermomix)

In a large bowl, mix the garlic, oregano, paprika, thyme, parsley, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper well with a whisk. The marinade must be well seasoned if the chicken breast is not being seasoned separately.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes of approx. 4 x 4 cm. Cut the peppers into cubes of a similar size.
Place the chicken in the marinade and turn with tongs or your hands so that each piece is well coated. Place in the fridge for about an hour.
Place one piece of marinated chicken and one piece of sliced pepper alternately on a skewer (I put about 4 pieces of chicken on each skewer) and place in a deep bowl. Drizzle the rest of the marinade over the skewers and cover well. Store in the fridge, but no longer than 24 hours.
Grill the chicken by placing the skewers on a hot grill, in a pan or in the oven. Serve.
